The journal was founded in 2024 by the International Classical University named after Pylyp Orlyk.

According to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 02.10.2024 No. 1415, the journal has been assigned category "B" in legal sciences; according to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 10.12.2024 No. 1721, the journal has been assigned category "B" in political sciences.

Objective: The journal "Ukrainian Political and Legal Discourse" aims to become a leading academic platform addressing contemporary issues of political and legal theory and practice both in Ukraine and internationally. Selection Criteria. The journal accepts original, previously unpublished, and unpublished articles that align with the journal’s goals and requirements. Articles can be applied, theoretical, or review-based.

Publication Schedule. The journal is published twelve times a year, on the 25th of each month.
