Abstract

The article examines the legal conflicts arising in the interaction of the legislative, executive and judicial branches of power in Ukraine, in particular, in the context of martial law and European integration processes. The purpose of the study is to analyse legal conflicts in the system of distribution of powers between state authorities, to identify problematic aspects of their interaction and to propose recommendations for improving the legislation regulating these processes. To achieve this goal, the author used the methods of systematic analysis of legal conflicts, comparative analysis of regulations and their application, as well as methods of prognostic and analytical research of the effectiveness of legal norms. As a result of the study, the author identifies the main problems of legal conflicts arising between the branches of government in Ukraine, in particular in the context of incomplete distribution of powers, lack of clear mechanisms for resolving conflicts, and insufficient transparency in the interaction of government authorities in emergency situations. The author has found that there are significant gaps in the legal regulation of interaction between public authorities, which complicates the effective performance of their functions, especially in the context of martial law and European integration challenges. The study concludes that there is a need to improve the legislative mechanisms governing the interaction between the authorities, develop clear and effective procedures for resolving legal conflicts, and ensure greater accountability and transparency in the activities of state bodies. Adherence to international standards and the development of legal culture are important conditions for the effective functioning of the legal system in Ukraine and its integration into the European legal area.
