Abstract

The article addresses a research gap in information security studies, where creative communication formats are typically treated as auxiliary media literacy tools rather than independent mechanisms of cognitive protection. The study aims to provide a theoretical and applied justification of their role as a structural component of national information security and strategic communications under conditions of full-scale war and systemic disinformation campaigns. The methodological framework integrates systemic, structural-functional, institutional, and communication approaches. Qualitative media content analysis, comparative generalization of project-based practices, and analytical interpretation of dialogical formats as instruments of cognitive influence are employed. The study focuses on the relationship between communicative form, audience perception mechanisms, and resilience to manipulative narratives. The findings demonstrate that creative communication formats perform both informative and preventive functions. They enable a shift from reactive fact-checking models to proactive construction of cognitive «filters» that reduce susceptibility to manipulation. Case analysis of dialogical and discussion-based practices shows their capacity to combine journalistic standards, expert analysis, and educational narratives, fostering contextual understanding, trust in credible sources, and reflective media consumption. The study proposes a novel conceptualization of creative communication formats as preventive cognitive tools within information security architecture. It develops an analytical framework positioning such formats as elements of strategic communications systems rather than solely educational media practices. Integrating creative communication formats into information security policy contributes to sustainable societal resilience. Further research should focus on empirical measurement of their effectiveness and development of indicators for assessing cognitive impact.
