Modern Methodologies for Modeling and Implementing the Content of Journalistic Education Following Global Trends (Case Study of the Media Mobility Hub)

The article analyzes innovative approaches to shaping the content of journalistic education in Ukraine through the lens of the "Media Mobility Hub." The study aims to provide a theoretical framework and demonstrate the practical effectiveness of the intensive practical immersion model as a tool for adapting future media professionals to the challenges of the digital era and wartime conditions.
Scientific novelty: The research systemically substantiates the "Wartime Media Mobility Hub" as an efficient model of dual education. For the first time, the study defines an algorithm for integrating immersive learning with safety modules (tactical medicine, digital hygiene) within non-formal education. The methodology for modeling a simulated newsroom environment, based on the priority of MOJO technologies and mentoring, has been enhanced. The findings establish that networking among participants from different regions transforms the teacher’s role into a facilitator and fosters a unified ethical framework.
The study employs a set of methods: systematic analysis of educational programs, modeling of production cycles, and a comparative analysis of Ukrainian practices against DW Akademie standards. The Hub's experience confirms the necessity of shifting the focus from academic theorizing to practice-oriented modeling. The proposed model is recommended for implementation into university curricula as an effective instrument for bridging the gap between educational theory and media practice.
