Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the transformation of the modern system of international security, the growth of geopolitical tension and the strengthening of the role of regional states in the formation of a new architecture of international relations. In this context, the analysis of the foreign policy strategy of Poland for 2026-2030 as a state that plays a key role in Central and Eastern Europe and is an important participant in European and transatlantic security structures becomes relevant.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the strategic priorities of Poland's foreign policy, in particular in the field of security, development within the European Union and the global positioning of the state.

The methodological basis of the study is general scientific and special methods, in particular system analysis, comparative method, generalization method and structural-functional approach, which allowed to reveal the content and features of the implementation of Poland's foreign policy strategy.

As a result of the study, it was established that Poland's strategy is based on the priority of security as a fundamental condition for the development of the state. The key threats are the aggressive policy of the Russian Federation, hybrid challenges, the crisis of the arms control system and instability in various regions of the world. Poland is focused on strengthening NATO, developing transatlantic relations with the USA and strengthening the European defense potential as complementary elements of security. At the same time, the state seeks to strengthen its role in the European Union, supports its expansion and actively uses regional cooperation formats as instruments of influence.

Thus, Poland's foreign policy strategy is aimed at ensuring national security, strengthening international positions and forming a stable security environment in Europe.
