European integration processes in the environmental sphere of Ukraine: legal guidelines, case law, and challenges of implementing the EU acquis

Abstract

Purpose: to substantiate ways of improving political consulting and crisis communications within the Defense Procurement Agency. Methods: systemic and institutional approaches were used. Results: fragmentation of consulting mechanisms and reactive communication practices were identified. Conclusions: implementation of an integrated model can improve institutional resilience.
