Ownership and Management

The founder of the journal is the International Classical University named after Philip Orlik (Ukraine). The founder does not manage the journal but can make suggestions regarding its development. The editorial board of the journal consists of scholars who voluntarily support the ideas of global prosperity. New members of the board are elected by a majority vote. Members of the board adhere to ethical policies, and violations of ethical requirements result in expulsion from the board without the possibility of rejoining.

The Chair of the Editorial Board is appointed and replaced by a decision of the board, made by a majority vote. The administrative work is carried out by the technical editor, appointed by the Chair of the Editorial Board. The technical editor operates within the journal's ethical policy.

Editorial Process and Quality Control

The editorial board ensures the proper editorial process and quality control. All articles go through the same editorial process, which includes receiving the article, quality control, publication, or rejection.

The quality control process includes an initial check of the article by the technical editor for compliance with requirements and for plagiarism (using Grammarly). If there are no comments, the article is sent to reviewers for double-blind peer review. Based on the review results, the technical editor decides on publication, revision, or rejection of the article. The author is informed of the decision with comments (if any). Rejection of the article is final. In case of violations of ethical standards by the editor or reviewer, the author can appeal to the Chair of the Editorial Board.
